My name is Feisty (FeistyEcho) and I am a Vtuber/variety streamer on Twitch. I also enjoy making art, and over my time streaming have learned how to make static/animated custom emoticons, as well as custom PNGTuber models. I am currently in the process of learning to create Vtuber models, including rigging!

About my art:
I grew up with a professional artist mom, who started her career in the 80s working in set decoration in the film industry. After becoming a mom in the mid 90s, she transitioned to designing for magazines and selling physical artwork through galleries. She passed her classical art knowledge onto me as I grew up, and art in various forms has always been a huge part of my life. Everything I know is because of her!
I became a big fan of anime in the early 00s. I grew up watching shows like Sailor Moon, Hamtaro, InuYasha, Naruto, Pokemon, and Yu-Gi-Oh. These shows all influenced the development of my own personal art style.
In high school, I began to learn digital art. I have been creating artwork digitally for approximately 16 years.

(Terms of Service)
- Full payment (orders under $100) or 50%(Orders over $100) of the total commission price is required and must be received to secure your place in my queue. Work will not be started until the payment is received. There are no refunds.
- For orders over $100, the remaining 50% of the total commission price is required before final proceeding lining/colouring.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of me sending the invoice. If payment is not received, your commission will be cancelled.
- You are paying for my time and work, so be sure you want to order a commission before placing it as there are no refunds.
- All listed prices are in Dollars - USD ($).
- For the security of both parties. Myself as the artist and you as the client. All payments must be made via PayPal only.
- Commissions are for personal use only (Twitch, Kick, Discord, Youtube, social media, personal website, banners, etc.). My emotes and any other artwork are not allowed to be used for any commercial purposes (merchandise, shirts, keychains, stickers, etc.) unless you have purchased the artwork commercial rights. If you would like to inquire about commercial artwork, please specify prior to starting a commission with me. In cases of commercial artwork commissions, the commission rate will be doubled.
- Unless you are purchasing the commercial rights; ALL commissioned work must be visibly credited and linked to me wherever you are using it (ie; Twitch emote Attribution, channel credits sections, credits on personal website, description on youtube, etc.). In the case of Twitch Emotes, please list FeistyEcho as the artist in the Emote Attribution section when uploading, in addition to listing me as the artist in your credits section(if you have one).
- In the case of a commercial commission, you are required to credit me as the artist(ie: in the merch description or when advertising the merchandise in the description), but the merchandise itself/advertisement content (ie: posters/banners)does not have to have visual credit. A commercial commission gives you a COMMERCIAL/MERCANDISING licence for the work, but not the copyright.
- If you have a specific deadline for your commission. Please let me know in advance, so I can confirm if I am or am not able to meet it.
- If your commission includes any type of NDA, or if you'd prefer I don’t share your artwork until a specific date such as for a debut or subathon. Please let me know in advance. This will ensure I don’t post any details on my website or social media until that specific date.
- Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround times may vary depending on the current queue and/or unexpected delays. You will be given an estimated start date for your commission. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- I am able to offer a Rush Priority Option for clients who need their commission completed sooner or prefer not to wait in the queue. This option places your order at the top of the waiting list. To use this service, an additional fee of 50% of your total order will be applied. Paying for this service guarantees priority for your commission.
- When placing a commission order, please include as many details as possible. Be sure to provide all relevant information, descriptions, references, and images through direct links only (Google Docs, X/Twitter, Instagram, or Imgur). Please note that shortened links from other websites or email attachments will be ignored.
- All commissions will have a sketch phase, and then a final lining/colouring phase. I will contact all commissions with a preview of the work after the sketch is finished, before proceeding to the final lining and colouring. This is your chance to request revisions to the work.
- Revisions and changes take time and are one of the main causes of unexpected delays in commissions. Each commissioned item includes 1 redraw/revision during the sketch phase. If all necessary details are not included in your initial inquiry, additional revisions may incur extra fees. Additional redraws/major revisions are subject to an additional fee of $5 each.
- Revisions to the FINAL lined and coloured piece are generally not allowed. If you are very unhappy with the final product, additional fees may be added and invoiced separately to cover the time spent on these revisions. These fees must be paid prior to me sending you the digital files.
- Including references from other artists or streamers in your commission inquiry is ok. Feel free to share any references you think will help achieve the vision you have for your commission.
- Messages are replied to in the order they are received. I am only one person, and it can take time to get through requests if I have a lot of them. Thank you for your patience!
- I own and reserve the right to use all the artwork made by me for my own personal use. That includes your commission.
- You are not allowed to redistribute, edit, resell, recolor, redraw or trace any of my work. Any violations of this prohibition will be considered as a copyright violation and may result in a DMCA Claim or further legal action.
- You may not under any circumstances use my work in the creation of any NFTs, digital currencies, or AI training of any kind. Doing so compromises my work, and will result in blacklisting.
- I will not draw, trace or copy an exact replica of any emotes or artwork created by other artists or streamers. (You can send me images from other artists as references, but the final product will be created in my own art style and will not be an exact copy/replica).
- Commissioned work, when completed, will be delivered as the 2016x2016 master copy, as well as the 112x112 resized copy for Twitch. All copies retain my copyright, and I will include my copyright in the metadata of the images(except in the cases of commercial commissions).
- Final files will be sent via email or discord direct message.
- Pricing and Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.
- By commissioning me, you agree to be bound by my Terms of Service and acknowledge that additional changes may incur extra fees, and that all sales are final with no refunds. This agreement constitutes a legal and binding contract between you and FeistyEcho. Please review the Terms of Service carefully before proceeding.
